Tang Guild

I know I have said for a long time working on achievements was gay, one could better spend their time getting gear, badges, or just improving their play skills. Well that my friend has changed, a few of us decided we wanted the achievement reward for Glory of the Hero, a Red Proto-Drake mount. So far we are the first in our guild to get these but hopefully soon all will have one.

I may be gay but I have a new free mount bitches!!! Congratulations to Tarb, Keissak (you are so fail), Fedeko and Notmyfault too!!

Long Overdue Update (September 11)

Since Boomshaka left I have been remiss in updating the page but I suppose I will start.

Congratulations to the guild on their newest kills, Hodir and Thorim. We discussed putting up pictures but since the mobs despawn pretty quick we thought it would be fun to post the picture of a dead Yog.

You may be aware of some guild drama a couple of weeks ago, yes yes, even with our no douche bag policy they still manage to sneak in at times. Since the depature of the douche bags and their friends, or are they all douche bags, we are stronger and better than ever. Tuesday we one-shot Flame Leviathin, Ignis, Razorscale, XT-002, Kologarn and Auriaya.

I would personally like to thank all the people who left, we all are having more fun than ever and are much more successful.

On January 4th 2009, after a week of refining strategies, working on gear, and about 1500 gold in repair bills, both the A and B teams of Tang completed a full clear of the 10 man zone. Our next hurdle is to finish the clear of the 25 man Naxx zone and move on to the EYE... According to the current rankings on WOW Jutsu, TANG, as a guild, is currently ranked 25th on the server and WOW Heroes has 7 Tang members in the top 300 players on the server!

Gratz to all Tang members who have contributed to the clearing of all the raid mobs! I <3 Ponies...... /laugh

After someone who will remain nameless forgot to bring the large feasts for last night's raid, we had to prepare our own snack. I think it was some Mexican style spider with a splash of Tang's own special sauce (Luund's ass sauce, eww!). Grats on the Maexxna kill. Keep those guild firsts coming.

Wrath of the Lich King (December 3)

Tang is entering into the new expansion, Wrath of the Lich King, with a new purpose and focus. We currently have 17 level 80 characters with around 10 more on the doorstep to reach maximum level by the end of the weekend. We will finally have enough to do 10 and 25 man content, meaning more content, more upgrades, and a better gaming experience!!

We are testing the waters in Naxx, having downed the first 2 bosses, working on the third now. There is a huge learning curve, some gear issues and some tactical issues, but we are progressing very nicely toward clearing the zone. We continue to work on our faction with the various elements in WotLK and gearing up our toons....

Grand Widow Faerlina dead! (December 2)

After server reset Tang proves that its first Naxxramas was no fluke. For a second day in a row Tang has downed Anub'Rekhan. Grand Widow Faerlina also fell victim to Tang's new appetite for progress.
